With a collaborative and person-centred perspective, I believe that you hold all the answers to get you to where you want to be. However, you might feel stuck and want help:
– defining your purpose.
– tapping into possible solutions.
– structuring ideas and / or goals into actions.
– addressing self-defeating emotions, beliefs and behaviours.
– with motivation and accountability to follow through on a plan.
Life coaching tends to be present and future focussed; whilst this is largely the case, it can sometimes be helpful to explore things from the past that may be holding you back, which we can explore if it feels right for you. For example, there may be self-limiting beliefs, unhelpful narratives, and/or unprocessed trauma to resolve, whether you’re consciously aware of this or not.
My approach is adaptable, working with whatever you bring each session. I use both conscious-level and deeper techniques whilst drawing upon various disciplines, including: coaching, hypnotherapy, NLP and mindfulness. Through asking the right questions and using various tools and techniques, I empower you to define and shape your journey. This helps to build confidence, self-belief and independence in improving your wellbeing.
